SOJEX currently offers a 14-day free trial to eligible carriers. The trial is provided at no dispatch-service fee during the trial period. Eligibility may be determined by SOJEX.
The trial does not guarantee a specific number of loads, revenue, miles, rates, or earnings. Results may vary depending on market conditions, equipment, lanes, availability, carrier preferences, and other factors. SOJEX may change or discontinue the trial offer in the future.
4. Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers are responsible for providing accurate and current information, including:
- Maintaining all required operating authority and documentation
- Providing accurate MC/DOT and company information
- Maintaining required insurance and permits
- Ensuring their trucks and equipment comply with applicable requirements
- Making their own final decisions regarding loads, rates, brokers, shippers, and contracts
- Providing accurate availability, equipment, location, and lane information
5. Freight and Load Information
SOJEX may assist carriers in identifying and communicating freight opportunities, but SOJEX does not guarantee load availability, specific rates, minimum revenue, any number of loads, specific lanes, specific brokers, or specific delivery schedules. The carrier remains responsible for deciding whether to accept or reject a load.
6. No Guarantee of Results
SOJEX does not guarantee any particular business result, revenue amount, number of loads, profit, miles, or income.
7. Communications
By submitting the carrier application or otherwise contacting SOJEX, you may be contacted regarding your application, trial, dispatch services, or related business communications.
8. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with the website
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Copy, misuse, or reproduce website content without permission
9. Intellectual Property
